- Patient and supportive in guiding students through challenging concepts and assignments with understanding and encouragement.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development and Planning:
- Prepare or help to make lesson plans, materials / resources, Class outline in advance for each class.
- Ensure that teaching materials are engaging, interactive, and relevant to the subject.
- Make a Short (6-8) min video on each topic before live class.
- Class delivery and Classroom Management:
- Conduct online classes punctually and maintain the scheduled timings.
- Provide clear instructions, explanations & real life examples to students during the class.
- explain all things in an easy way (iteration = what it means)
- Create a supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
- Encourage active participation and engagement from students through discussions, activities, and questions.

- Provide different example for different students (normal and advanced student) (short way / in details)
- Record Online Class and provide the video.
- Assessment and Feedback:
- Designing and conducting assessments/quizzes, and assignments to evaluate students’ understanding and progress.
- Evaluate / Check assessments/quizzes, or assignments & make reports/grade sheets.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide timely and constructive feedback on students’ performance / assignments.
- Offer consultation & guidance hours to help students’ performance.
